Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Age requirement: You may only register and hold an Account if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the United Kingdom. The Operator will carry out electronic age and identity checks before allowing you to deposit or gamble, in line with UKGC rules as applied in 2025.
  • Territorial restrictions: Access to the Website is geo-fenced. You must not register or use an Account from any jurisdiction where online gambling with the Operator is unlawful or not authorised, including but not limited to the United States of America and France. The Website configuration covered by these Terms is specifically intended for Players in the UK under the UKGC licence.
  • Self-exclusion systems: If you are registered with the national self-exclusion scheme GAMSTOP, you must not attempt to open or use an Account. The Operator participates in GamStop; attempts to bypass self-exclusion (including by using different details) are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent exclusion.

Registration Process and KYC

  • Account creation: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested.
  • Verification documents: The Operator may require you to provide documentary evidence (such as a passport or national ID card, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership) to complete KYC checks before allowing deposits, gameplay or withdrawals. Additional documentation may be requested at any time in 2025 and beyond to comply with evolving AML and affordability requirements.
  • Source of funds and affordability: In line with UKGC guidance, the Operator may request information about your income, occupation and source of funds and may conduct ongoing monitoring to ensure that your level of play is affordable and not indicative of harm or criminal activity.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide is true and accurate and must promptly update any changes (for example, change of address or email). The Operator may suspend or close Accounts where information is false, misleading or cannot be verified.
  • Single personal account: You may hold only one active Account on the Website. Creating multiple or duplicate Accounts (including under different names or email addresses) is prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts, cancellation of Bonuses and voiding of winnings.
  • Password and access: You are responsible for choosing a secure password and keeping your login details confidential. You must not share your credentials or allow anyone else to access your Account. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account unless the Operator has failed to use reasonable security measures.
  • Account use: Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not use your Account on behalf of third parties, for pooling of funds, or for any purpose that could be related to fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
  • Inactivity and closure: The Operator may treat an Account as inactive after a period of prolonged non-use and may apply reasonable administrative procedures in accordance with applicable law and the terms on the Website. You may close your Account at any time by following the procedures on spinswini.com or by contacting customer support.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Gameplay Mechanics

  • Acceptance of bets: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is confirmed by the Operator's servers and appears in your Account history. If a Bet is interrupted due to technical failure but is recorded on the Operator's systems, the outcome will be determined by the relevant Game logic and logs.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game may have specific minimum and maximum stake limits, as displayed in the game rules or on-screen interface. You are responsible for checking these limits before confirming a Bet.
  • Game rules: The rules of each Game, including pay tables, special features and jackpot conditions, are provided within the Game itself or via a help section. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable Game rules.
  • Randomness and fairness: For non-live Games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by reputable providers. The Operator is required by the UKGC and the MGA to ensure Games are fair, and may rely on independent testing laboratories.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • No unilateral cancellations: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you may not cancel or amend it unless the Game explicitly allows such action before the outcome is determined.
  • Operator corrections: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets and winnings if they result from an obvious error (including technical glitches, mispriced odds, or malfunctions) or from prohibited conduct. In such cases, the Operator will act fairly and in line with UK consumer protection rules.
  • Interrupted games: If your connection is lost during a Game, the final outcome may still be completed by the system. The result will be recorded on the Operator's servers and reflected in your Account once you reconnect.

Conduct, Live Casino and Chat Rules

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully when using live casino tables, chat functions or any interactive features. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate language or conduct is strictly prohibited.
  • No collusion or cheating: Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of Games, use bots or automated tools, collude with other Players, exploit software bugs, or engage in fraudulent or criminal activity is prohibited. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts and withhold funds while investigating suspected misconduct.
  • Live dealer decisions: In live casino Games, the decision of the dealer and/or the Game system, as recorded by the Operator, is final. Video recordings and system logs may be used to resolve disputes.
  • Responsible play: You are encouraged to set limits and use the responsible gambling tools available on the Website. The Operator may monitor gameplay and, where indicators of harm are identified, may intervene, including by applying restrictions or suspending your Account.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Acceptance of Bonuses

  • Promotional terms: Each Promotion has specific rules and conditions, which are presented on the relevant offer page or in the bonus terms section of the Website. By opting in to, claiming or using a Bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific promotional terms in addition to these Terms.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be restricted to particular Player groups, jurisdictions or channels. For UK Players in 2025, certain Promotions may be limited or structured in line with UKGC guidance on safer gambling and marketing.
  • Bonus activation: A Bonus may be activated automatically upon deposit, by entering a bonus code, by manually opting in, or through other mechanisms stated in the promotional communications. The conditions for activation, including minimum deposit thresholds, are specified in the relevant Promotion.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Wagering obligations: Bonuses and any associated winnings may be subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, contribution of different Games and any maximum winning or bet limits are stated in the specific Promotion or in the general bonus policy for Spinz Win on spinswini.com.
  • Time limits: Bonuses are typically valid for a limited period from the time of credit or activation (for example, a set number of days). If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited. Timeframes applicable in 2025 are indicated in each Promotion.
  • Game restrictions: Certain Games or categories may be excluded or may contribute a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements. Details are provided in the bonus policy and individual bonus terms. You are responsible for checking which Games qualify before placing Bets with Bonus funds.

Prohibited Practices and Bonus Abuse

  • Irregular play: The Operator may define and treat as bonus abuse any pattern of play designed to secure guaranteed profits or minimise risk in a way that defeats the purpose of a Promotion. Examples may include, but are not limited to, placing high-variance Bets with Bonus funds, manipulating minimum risk outcomes or using multiple Accounts.
  • Combining promotions: Unless clearly permitted, Bonuses and Promotions may not be combined or "stacked" on a single deposit or series of Bets. The Operator may restrict you to one active Bonus at a time and may cancel additional Bonuses if combined use is not allowed.
  • Rights of the Operator: Where the Operator reasonably believes that bonus abuse, fraud or violation of promotional terms has occurred, it may withhold or cancel Bonuses, void related winnings, reclaim unjustified payouts from your cash balance and close or restrict your Account, subject always to applicable UK consumer protection and gambling laws.

Refunds and Adjustments of Bonuses

  • Non-cash nature of Bonuses: Bonus funds are not real money and have no cash value until wagering requirements and other conditions are fully met. The Operator is not obliged to refund or exchange unused Bonuses for cash.
  • Administrative adjustments: In cases of technical error, misconfiguration of a Promotion or other manifest mistake, the Operator may adjust, remove or re-credit Bonuses to reflect, as far as reasonably possible, the terms that should have applied.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods, Limits and Fees

  • Accepted methods: For UK Players in 2025, deposits may be made using eligible debit cards, bank transfers and approved e-wallets, subject to the Operator's policies and UKGC rules. Credit cards are not permitted for gambling transactions under current UK regulations. Crypto-assets are not accepted as a Payment Method under the Operator's UKGC licence.
  • Minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day or over other periods, and are displayed in the cashier section of the Website. The Operator may adjust these limits from time to time, including for safer gambling or AML reasons.
  • Fees and charges: The Operator may charge reasonable processing fees for certain transactions, as disclosed in the cashier or payment information pages. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may also levy additional charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals, Processing Times and Verification

  • Withdrawal rules: You may request a withdrawal of available cash funds and eligible winnings via the cashier. Where possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same Payment Method used for deposit, in line with AML principles and card scheme rules.
  • Verification prior to payout: The Operator may request additional KYC or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly where cumulative withdrawals reach certain thresholds or where regulatory risk indicators are present. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delay or cancellation of withdrawal requests.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within reasonable timeframes, which may vary depending on the method used and regulatory checks required. Indicative processing times are shown in the cashier but are not guaranteed; bank or provider delays are outside the Operator's control.
  • Currency and exchange: Transactions are typically processed in the currency indicated on your Account, subject to availability. Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates and any associated fees are determined by your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks, Security and Refunds of Bets

  • Chargebacks and reversals: If a deposit is charged back, reversed or otherwise cancelled, the Operator may deduct the relevant amount from your Account balance, void unsettled Bets, cancel Bonuses and, where necessary, recover funds from subsequent deposits or withdrawals. Such circumstances may also be treated as Fraud.
  • Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: As a general rule, Bets already placed are final and non-refundable. However, where Bets or Bonuses are affected by technical errors, system malfunctions or other exceptional circumstances, the Operator may, at its reasonable discretion and in line with UKGC guidance, void Bets, re-stake them, or refund stakes and/or Bonus amounts.
  • Player funds protection: Player funds held under the Operator's UKGC account number 39335 are segregated and protected at a level categorised by the UK Gambling Commission as medium protection as of January 2025, meaning that some but not all customer funds may be protected in the event of insolvency. Further details are available on the UKGC public register and on the Website.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Fairness

  • Duty of care: The Operator will provide the services on the Website with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with its regulatory obligations under the UKGC and, where relevant, the MGA. This includes maintaining secure systems, applying fair Game rules and taking proportionate steps to prevent underage and irresponsible gambling.
  • Accuracy and integrity of results: The Operator uses certified RNGs and reliable technology to ensure that Game outcomes are determined fairly and in line with published rules. In the event of discrepancies between the outcome displayed on your device and the result recorded on the Operator's servers, the latter shall prevail.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from interruptions, delays, outages, failures or malfunctions of the Website, Games, communication lines, hardware, software or internet connectivity, except where such loss is caused directly by the Operator's negligence or breach of statutory duty.
  • Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, business, contracts, goodwill or data, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
  • Maximum compensation: Subject to mandatory legal rights, the Operator's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website shall not exceed the higher of (i) the amount of the relevant Bet, or (ii) the net balance of your Account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names (including spinswini.com), software, databases and underlying technology, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or third-party providers.
  • Third-party content: Games and related content supplied by third-party developers remain the property of those providers and are used by the Operator under licence. You acquire no rights in such content other than a limited licence to use it for personal entertainment via the Website.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

  • Limited licence: Subject to these Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its content on your personal devices solely for the purpose of placing Bets and participating in Games for your own private entertainment.
  • Restrictions: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its software, except to the extent expressly permitted by law or by the Operator in writing.
  • No unauthorised use: You must not use any automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Website, nor may you frame or deep link to the Website without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may result in termination of your licence and may be pursued as a civil or criminal matter.

Privacy & Data Protection

Processing of Personal Data

  • Privacy policy: The Operator collects and processes personal data about you in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available on the Website, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act as in force in 2025.
  • Scope of processing: Personal data may be used for purposes including account administration, KYC and AML checks, transaction processing, responsible gambling monitoring, marketing (where lawful) and regulatory reporting.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the privacy policy on spinswini.com, the privacy policy shall prevail in respect of data processing.

Changes to Terms

Amendments and Notice

  • Right to update: The Operator may modify these Terms from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical developments, safer gambling practices or business needs. Any material changes will be published on the Website and the "effective from" date at the beginning of these Terms will be updated.
  • Notification methods: Where required, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you of significant changes, which may include notices on the Website, pop-up messages at login, banners or emails sent to the address registered to your Account.

Acceptance and Right to Discontinue

  • Deemed acceptance: By continuing to use the Website, place Bets or keep your Account open after updated Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
  • If you do not agree: If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the Website immediately, cancel any pending Bonuses, and contact customer support to close your Account and request withdrawal of any remaining eligible funds, subject to KYC and AML checks.

Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

  • Operator-initiated action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel Bets, withhold funds or apply other restrictions where it reasonably suspects or confirms: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information; fraud, collusion or cheating; chargebacks or payment irregularities; money laundering or terrorist financing; underage gambling; self-exclusion (including via GamStop); or other regulatory or legal concerns.
  • Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the Website or by contacting customer support. You may also apply cooling-off or self-exclusion measures using tools provided on spinswini.com or through GamStop.

Consequences of Termination

  • Balance handling: Upon closure (whether by you or the Operator), the Operator will, subject to applicable law, KYC and AML checks, return any remaining eligible cash balance to you via an appropriate Payment Method. Bonuses and Bonus funds may be cancelled in accordance with the bonus policy.
  • Investigation holds: Where an investigation is ongoing (for example, concerning suspected Fraud or AML issues), the Operator may retain funds on the Account and delay closure or payout until enquiries are completed and any obligations to regulators or law enforcement have been satisfied.
  • Record retention: Even after Account closure, the Operator may retain records relating to your Account for the periods required by law and regulation, including UKGC, AML and tax rules as applicable in 2025 and subsequent years.
